The land

120 acres of trails, brooks and a pond

A private 120+ acre Berkshire retreat surrounded by forest, trails, and a serene pond. Fire pit evenings, starry nights, total quiet and complete privacy, with sledding and snowshoeing right outside in winter.

We limit use of heavy machinery and attempt to use wood from the land to build as much as possible. Here is what we're working on:

Underway

Composting

A large composting bin for all fall foliage and vegetable food scraps.

In progress

Natural swim pond

Built slowly over time, the natural way.

Wood-fired hot tub

A wood-burning, spring-fed hot tub.

Deerfield River tubing offers a relaxing and enjoyable outdoor experience. The Deerfield River is known for its scenic beauty and controlled flow, making it ideal for tubing. Conservation

We prioritize environmental conservation and guest privacy, ensuring your retreat is as sustainable as it is exclusive. We ask you to shop locally and support local businesses, pack in and pack out when camping, use fallen trees and sticks first for campfires, and recycle and conserve energy and heat.
